I have a genuine love for watches and my Family know this as fact. So this past weekend, when my 26 years old Son,Dia, presented me with the ModelCA.ML-7101, automatic movement watch, I knew I had something special. I received the 26022D for my Birthday and what a well crafted timepiece! While alot of watch manufacturers are busy producing a million plus watches a year, Lucien Piccard believes in quality over quantity and you can certainly see that attention to detail LP puts in all their watch models. Recently I purchased a ruby and diamond Lucien Piccard strap watch with MOP dial. I have noticed as a collector that Lucien Piccard has some of the most elegant and feminine designs anywhere. I am tired of diver's watches and watches for women that my brother would be more apt to wear. But this diamond/ruby watch exceeds even my greatest expectations. It is one of the most stunningly beautiful watches I have ever seen. The watches are very nice and look great in the semi-skeleton style.I hope your company will consider other mechanical automatic skeleton styles in the future. I just love them.

I've been happy with LP. Good style, accuracy, crystal, band and price. I choose 26458 (number on back of case) with the sapphire crystal and date display several years ago. Don't see it on display which is unfortunate because if I lose this one my first choice would be to purchase an identical one. Cant see why it was discontinued. Really nice look, yachtsman type. Its everyone's loss. Long time ago had a Dufonte.

I was inducted into the United States Army in November of 1942. I purchased a Lucien Piccard watch which I wore until January 1946. The model was the Circa 101 automatic.
